How we prepared a streetwear brand to sell on Germany's largest marketplace and launched its first foreign channel.

A streetwear brand wanted to sell in Germany but had no account or ready listings on Amazon.de. The challenge

The streetwear brand knew its product and had customers in Poland, but the German market was new to it. There was no Amazon.de seller account and no listings that met the platform's requirements. Correct product data, a thought-through pricing strategy and a plan for who handles the order and the return were all missing.

The brand's team didn't want to build a marketplace department from scratch. They were looking for a partner to take on the technical and operational side, and leave them the product and the brand.

What we did

We started with a review of the assortment. We checked which products make sense on the German market, which categories they belong in and at what prices they can compete. Only with that in hand did we move on to the account and the listings.

  • Seller account registration and verification, plus enrolling the brand in Amazon Brand Registry.
  • Listing structure: titles, bullet points, descriptions and keywords matched to German search.
  • Photos compliant with Amazon's requirements, with the main shot on a white background.
  • Correct product data: EAN codes, size and colour variants, size charts.
  • Logistics integration and setting up order and returns handling from our warehouse.
  • Support with the first advertising campaigns and monitoring of the first orders.

The result

The brand got a ready Amazon.de sales channel and an orderly process for handling orders. It could start selling in Germany without recruiting its own team and without learning the platform from scratch.
